Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Neither PCR Management LLC nor any of its employees accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, promotions, products, processes, materials, marketing plans or product names. Please do not send any artwork, samples, demos, or other unsolicited ideas to PCR Management LLC or anyone at PCR Management LLC. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when PCR Management LLC’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to PCR Management LLC. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas or materials, you still send them, please understand that PCR Management LLC makes no assurances that your ideas or materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.
Member Account Password and Security
If any of the Website Services require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other non-public account information. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify PCR Management LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. PCR Management LLC will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your user name, password, or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by PCR Management LLC or another party due to someone else using your user name, password, or account. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time without the permission of the account holder.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the Website Services, you will not use the Website Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these TOU. You may not use the Website Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any PCR Management LLC Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Website Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any PCR Management LLC server or to any of the Website Services through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Website Services.
If you provide feedback to CBD NutriSciences, you give PCR Management LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable right to use, share, and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose at no charge. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license or other obligation that requires PCR Management LLC to grant or pass through any rights or make any disclosures or payments to third parties. These rights survive these terms.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. PCR Management LLC is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide, and PCR Management LLC may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.
By posting a Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in these TOU including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the Submission.
In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, by posting a Submission that contain images, photographs, pictures, or content that is otherwise graphical in whole or in part (“Images”), you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use the Images or any content contained in the Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these TOU and the Website Services, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these TOU, and (c) each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these TOU, including, by way of example and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display, and reproduction of such Images. By Posting Images, you are granting (a) to all members of your private community (for each such Image available to members of such private community), and/or (b) to the general public (for each such Image available anywhere on the Website Services, other than a private community), permission to use such Image in connection with the use, as permitted by these TOU, of any of the Website Services; a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat such Image without attribution, and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Website Services. The licenses granted in the preceding sentences for an Image will terminate at the time you completely remove such Image from the Website Services, provided that such termination shall not affect any licenses granted in connection with the Image prior to your complete removal of the same. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of any such Images.

CBD NutriSciences retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Website and the Website Services, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. PCR Management LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted. These TOU do not grant or imply any rights to any PCR Management LLC or supplier trademarks, trade names, or logos.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the ARIZONA.
Return Policy* and Process Product Satisfaction Guarantee*
–0–30 Days: Product may be returned within 30 days after the original date of purchase (order date) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
31–45 Days: Unopened product may be returned within 31–60 days for an 80% refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
* Shipping costs associated with returning product are the responsibility of the customer/Brand Ambassador returning the product. Any commissions and bonuses earned on the returned products will be deducted from the refund amount on all return transactions. Returned product may impact bonuses and commissions paid to the up-line/sponsor.
A.All returns, whether by a Customer, or Brand Ambassador, must be made as follows:
I. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from PCR Management LLC;
II. Ship items to the address provided by CBD NutriSciences Customer service when you are given your RMA;
III. Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products. Such invoice must reference the RMA and include the reason for the return.
B.All returns must be shipped to CBD NutriSciences pre-paid, as PCR Management LLC does not accept shipping collect packages. PCR Management (N.I.) LTD recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer, or Brand Ambassador. If returned product is not received at PCR Management LLC Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer, or Brand Ambassador to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
C.The return of $500 or more of products accompanied by a request for a refund within a calendar year, by a Brand Ambassador, may constitute grounds for involuntary termination.
Expectation of Privacy
A. PCR Management LLC recognizes and respects the importance its Customers and Brand Ambassadors place on the privacy of their information. PCR Management LLC will make reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy of, and maintain the confidentiality of its Customers’ and Brand Ambassadors’ financial and account information and non-public personal information.
B. By entering into the Brand Ambassador Agreement, a Brand Ambassador authorizes PCR Management LLC to disclose his or her name and contact information to up-line Brand Ambassadors solely for activities related to the PCR Management LLC business. A Brand Ambassador hereby agrees to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information and to use it solely for the purpose of supporting and servicing his or her downline organization and conducting the PCR Management LLC business.
Employee Access to Information limits the number of employees who have access to Customer’s and Brand Ambassadors’ non-public personal information.
Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
PCR Management LLC will not share non-public about current or former Customers or Brand Ambassadors with third parties, except as permitted or required by laws and regulations, court orders, or to serve the Customers’ or Brand Ambassadors’ interests, or to enforce its rights or obligations under these Policies and Procedures, or Brand Ambassador’s Agreement or with written permission from the accountholder on file.
YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
